Help with cocker eyes

Hi can anyone shed some light or give some sugestions to what might have gone wrong with my eblade, it was working fine when i last used it about 1 week ago, it's been stored in my kit bag just got it out to test and the eyes seem to have stopped working i have cleaned them and check connection to borad and it seems ok.

any ideas pls help

If paint has been left on the eye it can react with a coating on the eye, and render it useless...

sometimes the eyes can struggle with paint with a half black shell

it was clean after i last used it there shouldn't have been any paint on the eyes, and the ball shells are all orange.

Go to EYE, SHOW, and see if it changes when bolt is forward, back and witha ball in the breech. If not clean FRONT and BACK of teh eye, with Q Tip and some alcahol or sopey water...bung it back in...check teh cable isnt knackered.
If not...buy a new eye.

I have gone to eye show and i get a reading of 0 if the bolt is open or closed and even with a ball in. i have cleaned and it's still the same.

so i take it the eye is knackerd.

Might be worth checking sensitivity, incae someone has fiddles with it...should be around 128...also...really check teh cable and the terminations on the eye...make sure the eye hole is clear.

just chech show again now i get a reading of 10 when ball is in and without 35. sensitivity is set at 128

Hmm...sounds like faulty wire or the eye is poopered.

If you need teh gat this weekend..depending on what hopper you are using, and the gat...you could adjust your settings, to give a decent rate of fire, without teh eye.

wiring seems ok when moved around no change in readings think it goin to be the eye.

If your gat is standard...set your CON to 40...COFF 25...this should give you around 14 bps...if you want more, just reduce your CON time a bit more.
