OK, the easiest way to do this (if youre using a on/off bottle).

Fill the bottle.

Hold the bottle on its side.

Open the bottle and rotate the bottle slowly... as you do this, you will notice liquid co2 (white)... this is where the anti-syphon is drawing liquid co2 and not so white co2... this is where the antisyphon is mainly drawing co2 vapour.

Stop when you have hardly any liquid co2 coming out.... you now have your anti-syphon set... mark your bottle so you know next time.

Remember to fill your co2 bottle to around 90% full so that you dont accidently draw liquid co2 to begin with...

Cheers

Ray
PS. Should these posts be in the Techroom?

I saw your other thread about the same subject...the method to find where your anti-syphon is CURRENTLY set is correct however chances are you will find that although YOU have screwed the tank to the correct position for it to work as an anti-syphon, the first thing a Judge will do when you get pulled for the chrony is screw your tank all the way in and if you now find that your anti-syphon is now a small syphon tube you WILL go hot, no amount of complaining will stop the Judge doing this as you could do it on the field (it could be argued that you could also unthread your tank (with a properly setup anti-syphon) but you tend to tightem things not loosen them). I suggest that you beg steal or borrow a set of decent wrenchs and remove the valve and then set the anti-syphon up as described in the other thread
