Help with a Halo + V35 (i think)

okays, i just bought this hopper and it's got the Halo stickers and has a halo lot number and logo on the inside of the battery, but the lid and power button both have empire logos. So they've been replaced right?

That doesn't really matter though, i want to know how to identify and use the V35 board which it apparently has. I turn it on and it flashes green 3 times and 1 time red and spins until i put balls inside or get scared of the smell which I think is the motor, and turn it off.

Could someone tell me if this is normal, and how to identify if it is the V35 adjust the speed of it? Or is there a manual somewhere (i have searched but no luck

V35...

With hopper off...
Press and hold button for 5 seconds or so, till LED starts flashing.
Will pulse red, then 1-6 green lights then red again, will repeat this for around 10 seconds, if you dont press teh button, then stop.

Each green flash (lights might be teh other way around, I forget)...signifies teh speed setting 1 slowest 6 fastest..to up teh speed, press teh button once...teh sequence will restart, showing teh number of flashes....when on 6 flashes, pressing teh button will put it on setting 1 again.

1=17bps 2=22bps 3=24bps 4=27bps 5=31bps and 6=35bps or there abouts.

Not sure your motor should be smelling!

To identify the board look for the huge sticker on the back of it which says something like "Halo Victory Board" on it.

Nah....otherwise I wouldnt have made the spelling mistakes! But I know what you mean.
