Easy guys need some help!

first how the hell do u remove an allen key its the thred has worn??

second how do u remove the eye wires from the circut bord??

The eye's just unplug and I don't understand the first question do you mean the threads gone or the head is rounded off on the bolt?

the head has gone on the bolt, and should the wires just pull out of the bord?

Yes, the plugs come apart. The use of an oring pick will help you get out the plugs, I personally do not like just grabbing the wires and pulling them.

The connections are push fit, seeing that you have no pick, hold the wires as close to the connection as possible and GENTLEY wiggle from side to side whilst pulling.

and an oring pick is like the ones used by your dentist to scrape at your teeth, you can buy them from any decent DIY store, they help out in the long run with orings and the smaller jobs.
