Personally a barrel is a barrel is a barrel mate. They are essentially all tubes, and no-one makes them wrong. So, that being said, just choose one that you like the look of.
As for bore sizes, again, it seems to be personal preference, but I always run a 693, sometimes a 691.
But honestly, its up to you.

Not really. The biggest thing to affect accuracy is you.
The 2nd, is the paint quality.
I bought a 14in un1tec barrel. Interestingly it is the same bore all the way from the part you screw into the gun, to the tip. If any barrel out there is going to be more accurate, it'll be this one.

i understand balls play a huge part and myself, but i just like to know if any1 has seen a difference in accuracy from changing the standard mini barrell to an upgrade as if it does make a difference its worth it obvs

Not sure. First time I used it, I shot some paint all morning, and I thought, somethings not right here. Balls were all over the place, but I switched to another type of paint for the afternoon, and it shot really straight! So I doubt the barrel did anything different, but it sure is nice to have a bling shiney one! Used a stiffi barrel for a few years (carbon fibre) purely for the weight. Guns were heavier back then! And depending on paint, they all shot just as good as each other.
Also I changed from the stock barrel as I prefer the slightly longer 14in. Has no benefit being longer other than it just feels better (for me).
What board you have in the mini?
my function buttons just broke on my board so im i can repair it under warenttee and be witout marker 4 2 week or get a new board how woulkd i benefit from a board upgrade its just the standard board at mo
