screwed the power regulator too tightly into my vertical adapter, and now I can't separate them. HELP!

not understanding where you've screwed in too tightly....

youve screwed HPR into the block too tightly? or the LPR?! or what? get us a pic if you can....

You can use a strap wrench, like the man says, or you could use a table vise with rubber pads, or you could be very risky and use a table vise with a terry clothe towel folded over the vise so that you don't scratch up your anodizing. Or, you could use dynamite, but that will definitely screw up your anodizing, not to mention your o-rings.
