Help Please - removing an image

Hello

A bit embarassing this thread but I need somone's expertise, I have tried but with no success.

I want to remove a picture of me from this website http://www.combatgames.co.uk/PBcovergirls/
as it appears on the google search engine when you search my name.

My line of work does not sit easy with it and I desperately want it removed.
Website owner please help???

Try emailing the site administration team at webmaster@combatgames.co.uk or does anyone know Jon Wilks listed as one of the judges who worked for Combat Games.
Other "judges" include Andy Piper, Chris & Jon at LiPS and Ledz. Maybe they can point you in the right direction ?
