Help Please - Macroline failure incident at Toulouse

Hi guys,

I remember a while back there was an incident at toulouse (I think) where a Uk player got hit in the face by a failed macroline.

I was trying to get hold of either him, or someone who knows the details of what happened in relation to a PGi article?

Can anyone help?
