HELP - id these shocker bolts - correctly built???

can anyone identify what bolts i have just bought. the seller said there was a HE bolt kit included.

the far left one was the one taken out of the shocker. also it looks to be built quite differently to the others as the black part doesn't move back and forth. can someone correct me on this.

the big black bit on the far left has to be put on the other bolts before they will work, the others have firing cans but not the other black bit and vice versa

at the moment none of the above are built correctly
