Help fitting an action cam!

Want to buy an action cam to fit to the barrel of my gun, went to currys today and viewed a couple, the oregon ACT 5000 being the best for water proofing and just general strength but cant figure out how to fix it on securley. The oregon is also the camera for sale on the eclipse website for the same job. The problem is how do you fix it on securly and make it face forward as the only adaptor that would even come close to working is for bike handle bars, so on a barrel it would face side ways. Does anyone have a working solution to this problem.

I had one, the only way I could do it was to use a thin layer of foam tile wraped round the back of the barrel that way the handle bar adaptor would have a tight fit.

Dont worry about the camera direction you can rotate it on the mount.

They fit split shaft barrels for example the eclipse shaft 2 fits quite snugg, i know what you mean tho they are funny to fit tightly!

And yeh as above dont worry about which way its facing there is a small lock type thing on the bottom that hold it once you find the positioning you want, the turning part is described in the manual (well it was in the online version anyways).

Have to be honest the quality isnt very good but they are great just for fun
