Can I start a thread about the "Bus Pass Bash" in the "Tournament" section?

I'm unclear what the rules are concerning posting a thread which specifically advertises a UK event, so I thought I would ask first.

It's a 5-man limited paint woodsball event at Steve Bull's Wakefield site. For over 30's.
