HB astro turf

[Little Adam]

Can anyone tell me what the name of the turf they use on the beach at HB, its not standard astroturf. Any help would be great

i beleive chris is correct from what people who went last year tell me it is just carpet it gets nice and slimey after half a dozen games so good for sliding

Unless they have changed it this year?

I dont think any event organiser is crazy enough to use real astro turf they might aswell use sandpaper lol

Like Chris said its just thin gren carpet, and a lot of it as coming up at the seems after just a few games!! so i hope its better this year for the Teams

they are bringing in alot of new turf this year at least one new field maybe more with the new money (that was the plan at the end of last year dont know if that has changes be we could email the question at the on line Q&A friday )
