As it says guys (and gals) I am trying to completely update the PA team contact list.
I used to have nearly every team Captain on a data base but with so many teams now formed into others and some of the rest changing captains it needs to be revamped.
I also need to form a Captains/players committee that I can propose changes to so we can see what the consensus from the players is.
Of course having your details is a benefit for myself as well but most of the stuff I would be putting on here anyhow.
It would really help me if you copy and paste the bit at the bottom and PM it to me with the answers.
Please use Pm's as I can copy from that to a data base a lot easier.
If you think I know the details already I would be really grateful if you still fill it in then I can keep it all in the same place.
And of course your details will not be sold or given to anyone else.
