Has this month's PGI been sent out yet?

I am just wondering because I have yet to see it on the web page and as usual I have not recieved mine yet ( It used to come on the 2nd or 3rd day of the of the month and today is the 16th ).

mine is normally order in from w h smiths every month they keep and issue for me and some others who order it aswell. but they have had none delivered for this month.
