I still use an old JT Spectra with the hard jaw-plate - and I'm taking bouncers constantly when hit by glancing paintballs... And no pain when I get hit staight-on!!
BTW that old cap gives me sooo many bouncers too - I'm practically the bouncer-man when getting hit hehe
It is a great mask so I dont feel changing it out unless my team forces me... It doesn't even fog!!

Atleast you have some protection. I hate getting hit in the gob bloody taste and pain ( flex ).

my flex works fine!!!! tastes f***ing aweful though
