hi guys ever heard of hammerhead barrels? found out theyre made by the a company that makes barrels for real guns. (they actually received a contract from the government).

im interested in purchasing this barrel kit. but i would like to hear sum pros/cons about this product.

As with many things in paintball, there's a lot of hype. The truth usually is less dramatic. This barrel system is quite expensive compared with most others and it's performance seems to vary from user to user. In my experience, when the balls fly straight the balls seem to fall right on top of each other. There are a noticeable number of balls that just seem to spin out to wherever though. I also had more difficulty shooting through breaks with this barrel than some of the others I own. Thus far, I have not been favorable impressed. Your money, your choice.
