halo running on 2x 9v batteries

thinking of converting my reloader & halo to run 2x 9v batteries instead of the standard 6x 1.5v. (batts foc)
any problem running this method?
are the wires put in paralell (2x9v=9v) or series (9v+9v=18v)?

Paralell.


The only problem is that your batteries will not last as long, because 2 9V batteries have less current capacity than 6 1.5V cells.

im not trying to be sarky bud but whats 6x1.5v -should give you a hint


the only prob i can see is that it invalidates the warrenty on your board (all of them) but if that doesnt matter ......

No reason why this would void your warranty, as you will be buying new battery clips and wiring them together. If you need to send it in for repairs, put the old battery cage back in.

I have the 2x 9v mod on mine, so i can buy bulk packs of 9vs as they worth for everything.

They are lighter, by about 10 p'balls so it aint much, and as far as i have tested will last only slightly shorter than the AA ones will last.
