Halo problems

right dint know if i can download the maunal from anywhere, but i need answers and i dont seem to be getting any info from shouting at my loader, so ill try you fine folk.

my halo takes a few good trys to turn on, when it does it flashes from green to red quickly, i press the button and it turns off. however if i leave it it will continue to flash forever, has anyone had a similar problem, or what can i do. is it a problem with the board, bearing in mind the hopper has no paint in, just got it and tested it and seems to be acting strange,

any info greatly appriciated, need it to keep up with my twitchy fingers. lol

your eyes may be broken, so it thinks it is jammed, or low battery.

which board by the way

standard board, cant be batteries there brand new out the pack. just to confirm eyes are in the two holes next to one another, right.

yeah, thats right, i seem to remember when you get a blockage it green and reds, so it would seem if the eyes are broken it may to the same thing
