halo not working ???

hey. i just bougth a new halom from big dicks..i bought brand new 6 aa batterys in then made sure it was all connected rpoply tested it and it works.. i then turn it off and put it in the battery holder and do up the lid.. i then try turning it on and it stops working..sometimes it will go on and sometimes it wont..ive tryed taking batterys out ..putting em back in and testing and it works..anyone know anything please??

Could only be a powershort mate - especially being new

Try new batteries - if no i'd send it back - if its new there is no reason why if shouldn't work

The battery connector may well be faulty. Send the bugger back

Silly comment maybe but make sure the button is super cool. Might be worth removing the board and pushing the switch directly, if the button isn't centred on the board then you may have issues. To turn a Halo B on all that is needed is a quick prod to the button, don't hold it down or anything. Also check over the eyes for any damage or stripped solder.

Might have been a bit patronising there but in my humble opinion if it was sold as new and it's not working then you should return it.

cheers guys..i just kept turning the batterys inm the [pack then puttign the pack into the holder and done the lid up. it seems to be working now (but for how long). im sure it should be fine..cheers
