HALO Loader not allowed in Toulouse2002?

I´ve heard rumours of the HALO Loader not being allowed in Toulouse 2002 - this isn´t true now is it?!

Can someone give me some input on this one I´d be greatfull...

Well, the arguement was originally that as they force the ball into the breach by applying a constant force to the stack they defy the principal of only having a gravity fed loader.

But that seems to be "forgotten" about in the latest NPPL/Mill rules so.......

yep,

Warpfeeds kinda started the debate, however, as I understand it they don't apply a constant pressure on the ball stack, so if at the instant the ball drops, it's only accelerated from rest by gravity. But the HALO keeps a constant pressure (hence why there were several problem with open bolt guns where it would go past the detent).

But regardless, both of them can be used at NPPL/Mills.

Not positive about this so it might be worth checking again, but I looked at the Millennium rules a little while ago to see what I could find & there no longer seems to be a rule about gravity feed hoppers only.
