halo how to remove rip drive, please help!

right ive got the cranium shells on my halo, im trying to get the rip drive wheel off, ive got the clip underneath the wheel off, but the wheel won't come, what do i do next to get it off?

all help much appreciated!

If you have removed the circlip, the wheel should just pull off.
