halo hopper trouble

i jus got a new halo and the first time i played with it i put brand new batteries in the night before and wen i used it it sed low battery and i didn't play with it like turning it on and off wen i was jus sitting at home doin nothing. then it choped a ball between the feed hole, and the propeller thing and snaped the little beeds off then i bought new ones, put them in, then went out to play and they snaped off the first few shots i take......and it isn't to slow cuz my gun is a GEN x 3

Were you using rechargeable batteries? I guess some don't work well with HALO's, don't deliver enough juice (they give out less voltage the more times they're charged) Chopping balls in the HALO sucks. If you're going to own one, you'll just have to accept that, and hope you never break a ball in there. However, my advice would be to talk to Odyssey about getting it replaced or fixed, because the beads shouldn't be coming off like that (that could have contributed to chopping in the hopper).
