Halo Hopper help!

Just bought a Halo for my Outkast. It doesn't fit the standard feedneck. Whats the best inexpensive way to get this to fit. Do I need to shave the neck on the hopper? If so what with?

sand paper matey, takes a while but the only way, unless you have a dremel (but be careful dont take too much off!)
