Halo Help Please

Heres the problem, Halo b TE software, after filling it up the halo was humming to itself every s often it would try to spin despite not shooting the gun and having a full stack, then it stopped completely, with new batteries in and no paint it would turn on but then the light would flash red indicating low batteries.

So, i replaced the motor with a brand new one and all connections are correct, with more new batteries the halo spun about one second then the light went red and the motor is humming and making the noise it would when spinning but not actually moving. Why? Is it the board? I really dont know what to try now, the batteries are not top of the line ones but should still work in it as i have used the same type previously with no problems? Any one know whats the problem? Cheers

if the motor is spinning and the spinny thing isnt spinning then i would look at the connection between the motor and the cone...is the belt slipping?

try taking all the electonics out and testing them out of the shell so you can actually see the motor move, ive its working out of the shell then it a mechanical fault......could be anthing then.....case of strip it all down and rebuild...these details on odysees web site i belive

May seem like a really obvious thing but have you tried removing the eyes from the feedneck body and completely cleaning them of any paint residue?

Had this problem with one of mine and that's all it was. As soon as I stripped it, completely cleaned the eyes it worked tip top...
