umm yeah...

halo... goes.. and goes... and doesnt stop... with paint in it i mean...like... the eyes arent tellin the motor to stop...

do i need a new eye ribbon thing? am i doing somethin wrong? is there a quick fix? have i accidentally/unwittingly lowered the eye sensitivity to like 'will not stop spinning'...

have tried swapping the eyes into each others holes incase i got that bit wrong...

wierd twist:- when i put it all back in my halo the board switched on and nowt happenned... so i took it apart/ put it back together again and now its back to how it used to be...

how queer..

suggetstions?

hold the each of the eyes & give a gentle pull on the wires to check that they are connected,I had 1 of mine come away & it wasn't visable due to the heat shink on the solder connection.
Just a case of re-soldering.

eye holes

i know i made this mistake with my first halo when checkin out the eyes,
around where they eyes go there are 3 holes where there is posiblity to put the sensors, i put my halo back together and had the eye sensors oposite each other,
after fiddling i put the eye sensors in the holes closest to each other and voila, sorted

mite be worth making sure the eye sensors are properly seated in the holes,

on the off chance, not sure on this one, what about the conection to the board, would that matter if the conector block of the eyes was upside down,
