Hey,

Got a problem with my halo b here. The ripdrive moves but the cone does'nt, I've tightened the screw (thats directly in the middle of the drive cone) while holding the cone and it worked for a bit but then gets loose until it doesnt move and only the small cone under it moves.

Only problems i can think of is when i opened it up to clean i lost a little black metal thing thats no bigger than my little finger's finger nail.

Ideas?

Help will be much appreaciated.

Thanks

Take the drive cone off and look underneath, there should be a little plastic knubbin or tag that catches onto the spring this quite often breaks and renders the whole thing useless.
Solutions include glueing the tag back on, drilling a hole and adding a metal pin to stop it happening again or buying a replacement drive cone.

i assume you mean the circlip matey (black thing with a tab in the middle) ..that holds the bottom circular plate thingy up from the base so the spring catches on to your drive cone tab ...that's most likely to be your problem bud
