Rite i have no idea how these things work i just want to knock it on and go lol

but its jamming?

red and green light flashes on the back, ive had the eyes out thinking they could be dirty but nope, clean as a whistle.

anyone got any ideas?

Yeah, that indicates it jamming. Is this happening when you're turning it on, with paint in? It sounds like an eye problem to me - Possibly the connector has been pulled out of the board, or the eyes are actually faulty.

Hey Jamie,

That flashing light means its 'too hard' to turn the motor for some reason.


Usual causes are:

Low battery/pinched wires.
Burnt out motor.
Some kind of obstruction preventing the motor turning, (could be a jam, or something broken in the cone).


If none of that helps, try taking the motor out of the hopper completely and seeing if it still jams.

You got the anti jam beads and spring in there?

thanks for your help guys.

it does that without paint so no obstructions in the way of the cone, the cone turns by hand without any restrictions.

i will try racking the unit completely appart and then see if the motor runs by itself and will get back to you

Yeah, just try stripping it and completely re assembling it mate

When putting it back together, make sure uve got tension on the spring in the drive cone
