my halo b turns on but it just flashes green and red and the tray thing dosent turn around to feed the balls. WHATS WRONG???

if the rip drive is turning but the drive cone isn,t its the plastic tab under the cone which has snapped off.
erm new batterys? mine was flashing so i banged some new batterys in and there ya go, if its not the batterys kill me
if its not something simple like the belt broken on the gears its either your eyes are dirty/broken or your board is nackered. just hope its your eyes but clean them out first.
ps, bit of a thread jack but when you get a jam and your halo starts to flash green and red. once the jam has cleared, is there anyway to "reactiveate" the motor without switching it off and back on again??
