Halo B with rip drive help

I'm looking for diagrams/instructions for stripping the halo right down to try and find problem.
The problem - when i turn hopper on it tries to spin and then the light flashes red and green repeatedly. I have tried a new battery and it is all clean. I am close to just taking it all apart completely but I wont remember how to put it together again.
Please help

Red & green flashing indicates a jam

Without paint it may be the drive mechanism, and with paint the eyes could be knackered or need a clean?

The jam is without paint, so i'm gonna try stripping it down to see if I can identify anything, clean it, put it back together and with fingers crossed hope it works.

Just make sure you recock the spring under the drive cone when you put it all back together, when you turn it clockwise it should spring back on itself. The link Oily posted explains how to do it.

When I stipped my Reloader B down I put the drive cone on wrong and it jammed constantly, took me a while to work that one out.
