Halo B upgrading (posting from UK to US)

Hi all,

I wasnt too sure where to put this, so heres a good a place as any (maybe Techroom?)

I am thinking of upgrading my Halo B with a RIP and Z-code (and maybe some new shells) and was looking for abit of help.

For those of you have sent your Halo A or B hopper back to the USA, could you tell me what postal service you used (Odyssey suggest using a service with a tracker number or delivery confirmation) and also what you wrote on the customs declaration green sticker?

you should be able to send it via the post office, shouldnt cost the earth eather have a look on www.royalmail.co.uk for pricing etc....
on the customs sticker you should send it as a warrantee return (i think), keep the proof of postage/insurance form etc from the post office then when it comes back to you you shouldnt have a bill to pay.
i got some stuff sent over by oddysee a while ago, great service but make sure (by email) that they have your part in stock or you will be waiting ages for it to be returned....also make sure you order all in one go to cut postage costs etc...... eg if a team mate wants a part get it sent over at the same time

Errm, the board has the short button, and was bought at the beginning of 2003 (2nd hand), so I guess it that it may not even be on the software before the Z code *I hope that makes sense*
