Well theres about 3-4 other posts about this somewhere in this forum, look around a bit and youll probably find them.
Personally I have and evoII and love it. technically you would probably want a halo for an angel speed, but either would do for tournoments cause ya cant use full auto. just my humble opinion

It's not my way to get invovled in "which ------ should I get" threads, and I don't want to add to an argument over something stupid, but what does using full auto have to do with using a HALO B or egg? The Angel Speed (and all it's predecessors) fires much faster in semi than it does in full auto, so using a HALO B is quite justifiable.

And, as long as I'm here, I may as well comment on hopper selection. I have a HALO B on my IR3, and I love it. Feeds faster than anything (22 bps should be fast enough for anyone), true forcefeed system, it's awesome. It basically took the design that VL had in mind when they made the Egg, and made it work the way it's supposed to. In my opinion, it's a far superior design, and a much better choice. However, if you don't shoot that fast, say 14 bps or below, it would be quite safe to save yourself some dough and use an Egg II, as they will more than keep up with that bps.

go for the Egg II, they look far better, weigh far less, and have a greater capacity than any other loader on the market. Why would you ever need 22 bps??? It wouldnt make a difference of you were firing 15 bps or 22 bps would it really?? My captain has both an Egg and a HALO and i he has just sold the HALO cos in his opinion the egg is faster, lighter and looks better. An opinion that i share.

One could make the argument that they're lighter, but please don't say they look better or are faster! The only way the Egg even compares to the HALO in speed is if you put the new Y board in it, and even then they're pretty much even. And as for looks, well, they call it an egg for a reason, it's like having a space ship on top of your marker. The HALO is heavier, but definitely faster and sleeker

Did you know that they HALO B stands for 'HALO Brick' !!

The Eggs look far better and dont weigh the gun down excessively. The other benefit is that they have the greatest capacity on the market of any loader available.

I'm sorry, have you been smoking crack?;)
I play front and use a Halo (and most of the time get shot in the Googles or gun - not hopper) - the ability to feed at 60degrees makes a Halo great for contorted Front players
