Gunsmiths in the Midlands

Are there any gunsmiths in the midlands, specifically cocker experts?

Mine is not working right (leaking 3way) even though I replaced the 3 way. I suspect but have no grounding in experience that its the ram thats gone.

Anyone know of a good place in the Midlands that can tell me whats wrong and do the work at a reasonable price??
