Guns For Hire.

Who are they?

What are they?

Where did they come from?

Well, the Guns For Hire unit does exactly what it says on the tin. It consists of two ballers, Al ‘The Franchise’ Woods and Chris ‘Fliptop’ Latham who are offering their skills out to UK teams on a freelance basis. If you hire them for an event they will help your team by giving you tips on how to walk fields, how to set up your game plans, how to get your whole team and individual confidence together in order to win games plus how to actually tear it up on the field Pro style. As well as this they’ll will flat our play hard ball for your team and hopefully help you get more points on the board.

Brought to you live and direct by Platinum Sponsors Planet Eclipse and PMI Europe, Guns For Hire will be sponsored to use all the latest Eclipse game gear, everything from socks to playing jerseys, plus their awesome new line of after game wear so you’ll get to check all this out. As well as clothing they will be shooting the latest and greatest marker on the market, The Eclipse Ego and Eclipse Shaft Barrel Systems, one of which will be available to use by the team that hires them for the event. Pure Energy Pre-Set air systems will be powering their markers to fuel the RPS/Evil paint that they will be using at the events.

So how much will these services cost your team? Well, that really depends on your team situation. The Guns For Hire can bring more to your team than just game skills, they can also offer you a taster deal for any event you book them for on RPS/Evil paint, which would in turn make the Guns For Hire services less expensive. If you were to take the taster deal then all you would need to pay would be the entry fee for the players and your paint bill would also be a lot less, if you didn’t want the deal and shoot your own paint then an additional cost of £50 per player on top of entry fee would be required, great value for what you as a team will get in return. Maybe you already have a deal but are interested in trying RPS/Evil, why not ask anyway and see how the rates match up with your current deal.

If the tournament hire doesn’t suit your team yet or you need some tuition then Guns For Hire would gladly set up and run a training session for your team, with others perhaps, location and cost on request.

Or maybe your could combo it together and have the Guns For Hire guys down putting you through your paces at a training session and then playing side by side with you at the next event to make sure you follow through the training on to the tourney field.

What if we want one person. No problem. The Guns For Hire can come as a package or on their own. Logistically it’s better to have both but there might be times when both players can’t make it. Just let them know what you want and they will bend like reeds in the wind to accommodate.

If your team has a problem, and no-one else can help, screw the A-Team and call Guns For Hire.

Simply contact Planet Eclipse for more details or send a private message Al Woods or Chris Latham on www.p8ntballer.com forums, or e-mail them on the following:

Guns For Hire operate on a first come first served basis so if this interests you get in touch NOW!

The first outing of the Guns For Hire was last weekend where they strutted their stuff with the EgoTronics team at the first leg of the Series 2005 event at Ancaster. The team was undefeated all day and took the overall winners trophy with Chris Latham also picking up the Player of the Day award to boot (according to Al it was a mistake and it was in fact Al that was the best).

This weekend will see them helping out the Inferno boys at the first leg of this years Midland Masters. If your there go and have a chat with them, ask them to shoot the Ego, they love the attention.

Keep coming back for regular updates.

Rumour also has it that Paul Woods AKA Skidder might also me joining the ranks of Guns For Hire. He is joining Latham this weekend down at the Midland Masters. So the iron triangle could be complete. The world will have to wait with baited breath to see if he sticks it out..

Big thanks to the inferno guys for having us this last weekend. Guns For Hire turned out to be myself and Paul 'Skidder' Woods.

By the looks of things Skidder may be joining the Gunz For Hire in some more events this year. He may have had a break from ballin the last few months but he hasn't lost any of those skills.

Don't forget Gunz For Hire is available to any team, from the top level all the way to first timers. Just drop us a mail and don't forget first come first served! Were already taking bookings for comps throughout the year.

Cheers guys.

Ps. Oh and thanks for Twizz teaching us everything he knows, but i wouldn't really shout about spareing us 10 mins of your time mate! :D
