Guerrilla Myth 48 / 68 efficiency with Etek3

Hi guys, does anyone know how many shots i'm likely to get through an etek3 with a guerilla myth with both a 48 or 68 cu bottle, at 3000 psi?

My frame would favour the smaller bottle, but I need to make sure that one fill would get me through a match!

the 48cu should give you around 500 shots
then 68cu around 700+

depends on what type of player you are, front mid or back. or if you play big scenario games or not.
