I work at Ground Control and if you ever want to take your own kit, then just ring Rob and tell him in advance so he can book your group with either a bigger group or one with more experienced players. Or if you want more of a challenge then tell him that you want to play against the marshalls, as we all have our own kit 2, that would be cool. Anyway, walkons are good, as long as you have a large group, or Rob knows in advance. (p.s you really should play the marshalls)

Just out of interest, (nobody replied to my thread under rec-ball) can anyone suggest a walk-on day in the south this weekend? Are any other walk-ons going to ground control? Desperate to try out my angel on marshall ass....

at least 2 of the Marshalls for ground control (me n Ketchum) are goin to the academy on sunday. So if you really wana kick some ground control marshall ass then you should come. If you wana wait then just ring up ground control on 07831320378 and im sure you can sort a walk on day.
There are no normal 'walk-ons' at GC but people with their own kit do turn up fairly regularly. If you can get enough people with their own stuff then ther should really be no problem for a walk on.
