Might be the wrong assumption but in my mind a mechanical gun is easier to maintain and less likely to have faults due to less things being in the gun. Would like a gun that is simple to do everything with. Im not gonna be 10balling per second any time soon ha

I agree with magicmonkey, sounds like a tippmann is perfect for you!
I started off with an tippmann a5, solid marker that I found to be incredibly reliable and easy to maintain, literally only needed to be wiped down after use. But after that I've gone electro and I haven't looked back, as long as you look after your marker, you should never have issues (y) definitely look into tippmanns
