No. Govn'air is not a company name. It's a brand name. Owned by WDP. Don't know if they still make stuff for it, but give them a buzz I'd say.
Don't worry.. the Gov uses standard parts, nothing special. You will be able to get everything you could want from Planet.
And It's just recently been serviced so you should have no problems with O rings or anything, they have all been replaced.
The only thing I might recomend is replacing the Big Gov fill nipple with a smaller AA one. Planet can do that no problem.
