Gov air problem.

Got a team mate, who just got a second hand 3000psi govair system.
When he tried to fill it, after 1000psi the burst disk went, fitted one from a spare gav air system, but the same happened again!

Anyone any ideas???? or could it be just luck, that he used two crap burst disks?

Make sure the seating either side of the burst disc is clean,do not over tighten the nut,probally crushed the disc too much.Disc should be a silver colour,these are hard to get.
