Good walkon sites

I had just got my own gear early last year when a leg injury put me out for a while. Well thank god its cleared up now and the urge to ball is fresh inside me once again. Could anybody recommened any good walkon sites round east midlands (or anywhere really).

Also, is sparklys accadamy still around. Thanks in advance for any help
