what happened to all the good conversations... me, AJermstead and a few others agree that lately the forum has had some crap threads lately, is this because of me not posting as much or do i have to create another weird topic to get good conversation going again?

I think it may partly be because of the time of year from the UK posters. We have loads of people busy doing exams in the UK, then the tournament scene really lifts off in the spring/early summer (I could have played in a tournament practically every week for the last 2 months), & people are just getting out & about in the long summer evenings. Plus most people in Europe are concentrating on the Millenniums so any decent threads started in Europe are likely to be based around Millennium happenings e.g. the TonTons Bitburg debate, the Russian Legion in Portugal discussion - these were 2 pretty hot & interesting threads.
There have been some other good threads lately started by US posters as well - the NPPL vs PSP comes to mind straight away.

There have been some pretty crap and off-subject threads in the past as well which lead to moderator warnings, maybe some people are getting a bit wary about posting on non-paintball subjects.

Hear, hear. I agree, although there has been the odd good one, give it a month and the boards will be heavin' with juicy threads! :D

Just think - come June 11th I'll be back full time in all my glory to torment all of our American counterparts with more (kinda) british satirical humour! He he he :p

As Liz mentioned alot of people are actually playing tourneys coming up to summer now instead of loitering about eh P8ntballer boards with a load of bums! :p
Oh woe is me as the rest of my team jet off to Amsterdam for the weekend.....:(

Now then - as Liz also pointed out: Exam time!! Gotta go revise, c-ya!! :(

(I'm telling ya, they've gotta introduce that Angel Tech 'A' Level sooner or later!
:D )

I think that most of the non p8ntball related questions eg. Whats your favourite film + music + drink etc has already been done, I think peeps (especially noobs to the board) are afraid to post up a similar thread for fear of getting flamed by the mods
"This has already been done b4!!!!!, I shall now remove it!!".
Also alot of p8ntball topics have been covered, I think peeps should be more imagintive with their questions.

My new thread maybe entitled
"What was the best ever thread?" or to cause a lil controversy
"Who is your favourite mod?"
:D Damn Im inspiring

Hey Ro0, it`s true, you are my favourite mod, chips second (but its close). I think if we did create such a thread unamed peeps may get a little pissed off :D
