hey guys,
Im thinking about buying a second hand impulse, with
blue led cricket board
stubby delrin bolt
slikshot ram
stainless steel hammer
tapeworm
magno blade trigger
gas thru grip
bottom line maxflo
progressive barrel
20oz c02 bottle

How good dyu reckon thisd be for an entry level gun to tourny paintball? worth 280 quid?

Hmm, yeah, i guess that is a fine starter marker, not totally sure on the price though as it is a rather competitive end of the second hand market. Run a search and see what stuff goes for, be sure to only look at recent ish threads.

To be honest mate you really need to be running on air. Once you get any sort of rate of fire out of that impy the CO2 will make your maker turn into a block of ice and your velocity will go sky high. I ran mine on CO2 when i first got it... i played one tournament, gun froze and stuck to my hand so I started saving for an air system right away. As it seems you don't have a vision system, make sure that you get yourself a quickish hopper, an X-Boarded revy at the absolute minimum....idealy an evulution.

expensive and pointless m8,you have to open a account with boc,then they charge you rental for a year on the tank itself as well as buying the air in the first place:( .the big tanks are also really heavy and clumbersome:eek: .a normal dive tank should give you 7 fills and should not cost more than £5:)
to fill that is:D
