Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on knee pads and if they can recommend some good ones

Good pair of knee pads?

I use Dye knee pads and they are great, comfy, easy to move in and I've had no problems with them.
I think fancy the extra bit of support on the knees for sliding or for when I’m on my knees for longer periods. I noticed Ryan Greenspan was using what looked like 'skateboarder' style knee pads when we did the clinic at Northern Quarter, so I figure if the pro use them they can't be all that bad.
Any recommended paintball pants would be appreciated to. I'm using proto pants at the moment.

Cool, I have a couple of Dye Kneed pads here at home I just got from Lips. I ordered some M/L which were waaaaay too small, so I ordered som XXL. Guess what, they are too big doh. Hopefully the XL would be spot on.
Thanks for the offer matey but I'm sending these puppies back as they've not been used. I might order an XL pair but don't want them to be the wrong size and slide around. Thanks for the tips. Keep em coming.
I use volleyball pads I think they are more padded and bouncey than most paintball pads. However I like the Empire and Redz knee pads.
