Good luck to the boys..

Just like to say good luck to a few of the boys from Tremmor.

Fillis , Boy Fitz and Big Azza have all been approached by Nitro , and it looks like they're off to bigger and better things. So I just want to wish them , and NITRO , good luck for the future. I wish you all the best , and shoot a few for me.

.....on a sad note though , Tremmor is going to fold. Even with the new blood that was going to come on to the team , there just are not enough bodies to keep going , so I'm gonna fold the team.
By the way , if anyone is looking for a few good , young players to boost there team , drop me a mail , and I'll put you on to some quality 'new to tourny' players. They are gonna be good. Tried them out at 6Element , and they rock....
With that , my appologies to Dan Noon , Mario , and my old mate Diggie. These guys were all gonna start up with Tremmor , but now it looks like Tremmor aint gonna be around next year. I am truely sorry guys.

It looks like the Diablo Cup is gonna be Tremmors last event.

Never mind the comiserations people. Get of the fence and make the jump to play. Nevermind waiting to decide whether to play or not, get in touch with twink and get that team bolstered up. I am sure that a lot of tourneys will miss this teams professionalism and pure balls when it comes to playing. Paintballers can't just let another team fold, get out and see twink and put Tremmor back on for next year.

You could do a lot, lot worse, Twink is like a big brother to us all.

Ring him then try out for him...simple init.

Hang on. You say that you have three mates joining you (that makes 4 inc. you) plus some young 'new to tourney' players. If you only had just one youcould still field a 5man team, and if you have more you have a good 5man squad and can look to expand from there to 7man. Just because a few have left it doesn't mean that you can't continue. It just means that there are now places for new blood. You have a few months to have tryouts and gain the new blood and train up the new guys you already have. For a the first half of this year the Skulls were playing with a core base of 3 players and kept having guests whilst we bolstered our squad. Don't just give up like this, there are far too many teams that are folding at the moment as it is. Stick with what you have got and if you don't have enough players for a tourney BORROW SOME! There are always players without teams who would like to play certain events and just need a team to play with.

I hope you take some of these ideas on and don't end up folding as it would be another loss to the tourney scene in the UK.

Hi Charlie.
The three guys joining us , are the new talent ( well two of 'em are , the third one I've known for years ) So that gives us a team of four again ( with a few others who play once in a blue moon ). The problem I have is , this last year we have been borrowing players and struggling to get a full strong squad up. The main 4 of us have played almost all the events , and we play very well together ( and we're all really good mates ) , but now they've gone , Tremmors game is going to drop ( at least for a short time ) , we still have not enough players to field a 5-man squad ( regularly ) , and I dont want to be strugling to get players again this next year. Thats why we had the try outs and picked up the new guys. So we would n't struggle , and we could do the Millennium series aswell.......I'm just not sure about doing it all again. Starting from scratch , and working back up. Then , I guess we would lose the new players again , hey? and back again.
If we did carry on , I think we should re-name us the 'NITRO WAITING ROOM' 'cus they've had 4 of our guys in this last year now. I'm not bitter ( ) , but losing all your players all the time is a f'cking pain. I know we have the quality of play to do well , but if you cant keep the players long enough to get up there , and get the sponsorship that these kind of teams already have , then what chance do you have? Players will go to the free stuff. Its a shame , but a fact.

Its not a forgone conclusion just yet , there might be a glimmer of hope for Tremmor yet , but I need convinving. Its a lot of time and work , and I dont know if I want to do it again. We'll see.

I know what you are going through.
At the start of the year Smart As A Carrot, had the same thing happen to us. We have lost over 14 players from the squad.

Have a deep think.......Keep plugging away.......Remember why you play......Keep the team going!!
If you have to rebuild from the bottom.so be it.
We have dropped div.by div each month, but still kept going.
I have now got enough players to field a 7man team.We are starting to play as a team. And we will improve next year.

I would rather get the team to the top, than go by myself. But no one has asked me!!!
Its a team sport, and the team means more to me than myself.
I have made some good friends, through paintball. and want us all to do well.
Do not give up!!!!

I've got to say that the support from everyone so far has been great. The new guys want us to keep going , and there may be some skull duggery going on to boost our numbers.
If things come together , we'll try and keep going.
But its gonna be hard , and by no means a done deal........

The last tourny we will ALL play together is gonna be the Diablo Cup , so watch out for some hard ball , tough play , stupid moves , lots of fun and laughs and probably some tears.
