Sean, I run the UK subsiduary of a company, but ultimately am responsible to the directors in Germany and my holiday allowance... I don't own the company I run unfortunately.

To go to Vegas on sensible flights I needed to take a week's holiday pretty much, when I only get 25 days a year using 5 days for one event just didn't work out, especially considering doing the Millennium events and a few other USA trips.
