I have just started a team called the lost boys. We are all fairly young, about 15,but have all been playing together since we were 8 with our brass eagle pumps. Anyway i was wondering if anyone knows any good entry/novice level tournaments in the Midland area. I am willing to travel about 2 hours. Also i was just wondering if our kit is competative at tourney level as we have only been playing walk ons for the last 7 years.

Midlands Masters

Firstly Gogger, Bruce and cappy, thanks for the kind words, it you the players that make the Midlands Masters.
Tm167, it would be great to see you at the Midlands Masters. The kit you have is fine for tournament play. We have had teams play our events who have gone out with site guns and who have been able to hold their own and beat teams with the latest gear. There have been a number of teams who have been first timers at tourni level play our event and who now keep coming back for more.
Mark, Les, Jono and myself (Midlands Masters) are always there to give any help or advise to any team, and even if you decide not to play our events feel free to email us with any questions or request's for help. You will also find that both the Marshal's and other teams are very approachable and will give you help and advise to see you through the transition to tournie play.
You can email us on midlandsmasters@aol.com
Good luck with your first steps into tournie ball.
Phil

The Human zoo team were just put together for the series 2002 at skirmish for some fun. But after doing so well weve decided to go for it and stay together as a team.

Quite right too - you played very well together & it looked like you were really enjoying yourselves as well. Good result too ISTR :) :) :)
