I recently recieved a phone call from Delta Force saying that they had my CV and would like me to come down on Saturday. I asked if i should bring my mask ect and he said yes. I get the impression that on Saturday it will be a sort of trial to see how I am.

Now i didn't want to ask if it was an interview so I simply said yes I will be there. Now i've wanted a job at a paintball site for ages and I don't want to mess it up. So how would I go about making a good first impression?

Thanks Tom

Not specific to a paintball site, but an interview should include some basic preparation

1. Be prompt / allow time to get there even if you would be delayed
2. Have a basic understanding of what the organisation does
3. Ask for what they are looking for
4. Repeat what they are looking for using your name, to affirm you're the best candidate
5. Have a couple of questions that related to your needs - start / end time, working pattern, pay etc
