well, earlier today i manage to fall off of my skate board and I landed pretty hard and now my arms is in a very painful state. I'm also meant to be going paint balling on wednesday and i dont particulally want to do any more damage to my forearm. What im looking for a something that has elbow protection and arm protection to the wrist, with preferablly a hole in the material that i can put my thumb through. I'd prefer it to be full black but I could make exceptions.

thanks, well funnily enough, the place where i work might be getting sponsored by dye so i could get the at trade prices.

edit: and i would prefer them to be either carbon fibre or some other storng plastic, not gel.

I'd recommend none of the above, solely because your looking for something with a plastic structure. all that have been suggested are gel or the likes of. best bet is get into a skate shop and get elbow pads and a wrist protector, paintball stuff will be made for bounces and average protection. if you've got a screwed arm then get the hardcore stuff.

JT racing do some very nice reinforced elbow and forearm protection for mountain biking and motocrossing, that is their main business. As for wrists you can wear wrist supports but not recommended as all they are designed for is supporting a damaged wrist not protection.
