Going to London - Where to Play ?

Tournament Player going to London on the begining of December and looking for places to practice and play.

Do you guys have any idea where I can go and find teams in need for a player ?

I´ve been to England before but never at this time of the year. How is the weather and is possible to play every weekend ?
