Hi everyone I joined the forum about 2 months ago i've probably left it a bit late for tomorrow but what the hell, what sort of things should I have in the kit bag i'm having to travel by train with a bit of a walk at the other end as my mate who normally drives cannot make it :(, so for a days play.
What I have in 2 sports bags.
Mask - Vforce Profiler
Marker - V Creed
Tank - Fiber Wrap
Pod Pack - Dye Attack Pack + 8 pods
Playing Gear - Eclipse Pants + Lsck Top + Footwear
Allen keys + tool kit
Pull troughs and Swabs
Couple of microfiber cloths
Wet wipes
Spares, inc Lens for Mask.
Good attitude.

I expect to be hit a fair few times and although its not on the list the bounce vest is in the bag, any other newbies like me the essential kit was bought on this forum to my budget.
So please have I forgotten stuff?

Doh - Rotor and spare batterys are packed, already a bit of a water hound, was thinking about food on the day, any tips for good things to eat. On organised days that i've been to before stuff like pizza has been too heavy and if hot i've ended up feelin sick with running around.
Im not that young and 20 years of tobbaco products and other abuse has had an impact lets just say running for the train can leave me out of breath even though im fairly slim built 6'1" 13st. I Want to keep my energy levels but not stoge myself out will probably have pasta tonight Mmmm.

im a bit of a pasta and fruit whore (not together). things like chicken pastas are good because it gives you slow burning energy and isn't too heavy, as well as you getting some protein to look after all those muscles! snacking on bananas gives a good boost and they taste good :D

ever try energy drinks? I mean after like a really long game, drinking one of them helps me a lot :p they vary in price from like 30p to £2 but all do pretty much the same thing :D

Cool pick up a selection of bits on my way home nothing fizzy though given my inclanation to throwing up, that would not be nice wearing a mask? :(.
Probably have some porridge on the morning always found that slow burn of oats good and keep it light in the day like was said Pot of pasta, Bannana, Used to use those protien bars when I went hiking. Pretty much the same idea

Well had an awesome time met some friendly peeps and apart from one game where I came out lookin like i'd been in a paint mixer ;) I did ok. Fluids and light food were a life saver I physically do not hurt like I have done before, but a kit bag with wheels is gonna have to happen, over an hour carrying all my kit today was not fun :(. I guess it's pretty normal to come away planning when you can go again :) and the mate who couldn't make it was gutted.
The Creed was a dream to shoot and accurate, only annoying thing one of the teeth on speed feed broke (it did take a direct hit) but c'est la vie.
Thanks for replies.
