Hi, I own 2 different masks, A large JT one with a visor and a pair of I4's which are extremely small (but comfy). My query is: My forehead and top of my head is very exposed in the I4's and i took a few very close bouncers that left welts in the centre of my forehead for a week!(even though i was wearing a thick beanie). The JT's are higher on my head and cover my forehead with the visor but when snap shooting they are a lot bigger than the I4's and always get clipped. Should i sacrifice my low profile for less pain or just deal with the welts when im hit? I think il just shove a headband under the beanie and hope for the best but i was wondering if anyone else had similar dilemas? Cheers in advance. Jon

Personal preference, I loved my I4's when I had them and with the shape of my head they didnt really show much more of my face than most other masks I've used.

If you're genuinely concerned tho, grab some 09 proto axis pros. Basically the same style quick change lenses but on a slightly more substantial mask while still being lighter than most masks out there

Oh and a decent headgear combo should eliminate forehead welts

Get quicker at snap shooting :p Depends what you want, I personally like i4's cos they are comfortable and fit my face nice. I think if your getting hit in the head it makes no difference what goggles your wearing.
